UB: What has been your biggest challenge in business and how did you overcome it?
FW: Time management. Not sure that I have!
UB: If you had to start your business or employment again from scratch, what would you do differently?
FW: Stop working for clients when they haven’t paid.
UB: Who do you admire and why?
FW: My dad! He has lead the most incredible life, he amazes me with all that he done and what he has achieved.
UB: It takes a lot of determination and dedication to succeed in business. What keeps you motivated?
FW: Helping people.
UB: What are your 3 biggest success tips?
FW:
- Be 100% sure of what you are doing – don’t presume or “fudge” it.
- Never stop reading.
- Be happy.

FW: Quiet unless given “chardy”. Painfully honest. Loves procedures. Mother, wife & friend of many.
