UB: What has been your biggest challenge in business and how did you overcome it?
PS: The challenges and issues related to staff and dealing with staff issues and having to be an employer verses a friend to the staff in the business.
UB: If you had to start your business or employment again from scratch, what would you do differently?
PS: Get a business coach from day one to help with the hard decisons required in the business.
UB: Who do you admire and why?
PS: Anthony Robbins - For his ambition in learning as much as there is to learn in his field of understanding the human mind and also his constant and everending improvement of himself.
UB: It takes a lot of determination and dedication to succeed in business. What keeps you motivated?
PS: The satisfaction in helping clients and making a difference in their lives.
